5. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing online, consumers generally have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, without giving a reason.

6. Hygiene Exception for Lip Gloss

For health and hygiene reasons, our lip gloss products are supplied with protective sealing.

Please check your product carefully before opening or removing the hygiene seal.

If the hygiene seal or protective seal has been broken or removed after delivery, the product cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal where it is no longer suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Unopened, unused and sealed products may be returned within the applicable legal withdrawal period.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs showing the problem.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

For normal returns under the legal right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless otherwise agreed.
